Every business receives complaints, in the pet sitting, day care, transportation business what are the most frequent complaints by clients? And what are the most frequent mis-haps, or most problems with pets, such as most are run aways, not house trained, tear things up things, unable to get along with other animals? 2nd part to question: What are the resolutions to the problems, and how to best addresss and comfrot your client with answers and a way to reslove any and all issue's. I have established policy and procedure guidelines that I review with clients during the initial Get acquainted visit (it is a written document--see my article on Pet Sitting- Are your ready?). It outlines many of the mishaps you decribed and how each issue will be dealt with. That way there is a clear understanding between the pet sitter and the client BEFORE these issues arise.
